Grey's Anatomy Question (Warning: contains spoiler)?

Hello, I've been watching Grey's Anatomy a lot a while ago, but I
completely forgot what season I was at because I haven't touched it
for so long. I remember I finished a season, and George and Izzie
seemed like they were dying at the end of the episode. Could anyone
tell me where I should continue from?
