Does anyone have Amos Lee's "Mission Bell"? Did it come with any CD inserts or CD notes?

Does anyone have Amos Lee's "Mission Bell"? Does it have any CD
inserts or CD notes? Mine doesn't have any, although it credits
photography to someone, and since there are no photos and an empty
pocket, I think it's missing something. Please let me know! Thanks!
